1. Eat a banana or two a day, to reduce the muscle cramps. Bananas are rich in potassium and often, it is a potassium deficiency that causes muscle cramps.
2. Drink plenty of water before and after you do the activity of your choice. The water that is lost through sweat will then be replenished and prevent cramps
