How about starting a day with a cup of milk? It is a routine followed since ages at least for children. Numerous industries have tried their hand at making health drink more tastier to attract children. Numerous flavours, colours, tastes are heading the market promising many things in common.
But the recent studies say raw milk has more nutritional value as compared to pasteurized milk or flavoured milk.
Artificial colours and flavours get added at times which may not have any nutrients. Raw milk serves as one of the best sources for calcium consumption. Once, the milk is pasteurized, it destroys enzymes, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6, and also kills the beneficial bacteria. Raw milk does not rot, rather it sours naturally.
