April 2nd 2009 21:04
Moist heat can be used to help relax tight muscles and temporarily relieve pain. It can also help decrease joint stiffness so it is easier for you to exercise and carry out daily activities.
1. While using hot pack, rest in a comfortable and relaxed position.
2. Place the hot pack directly on the body area you wish to treat and make sure hot pack is close to the body.
3. Continue the treatment for 15 minutes.
4. Hot Pack is good for both an injury and chronic pain.
5. For centuries it is believed that heat can relieve pain.
