Early symptoms and diagnosis of BPH

November 29th 2008 04:17
Early signs of possible prostatic obstruction include waking up several times at night to visit the restroom, increased frequency and sometimes urgency and incontinence. Delay in initiating urination indicates severe obstruction. Evaluation of BPH includes physical examination and a few simple tests like urine examination to rule out the infection and a blood test to rule out prostate cancer.
