Diet tips in summer

1. Eat mini meals frequently.
2. Avoid high protein food as it increases metabolic heat and increase water loss.
3. Use onion in salads, seasonal fruits and vegetable.
4. Consume mango, mint and buttermilk daily.
5. Eat foods with whole grains, leafy vegetables, bananas and nuts to replace potassium and magnesium.
6. Drink raspberry tea or peppermint tea to stay cool.
